Veteran actor Mohan Babu and Comedian turned Hero Sunil are likely to
team up for the Telugu remake of Akshay Kumar, Nana Patekar and Anil
Kapoor starrer Welcome, if the latest rumours are to be believed.
Welcome, which released back in 2007, was a huge hit in Hindi and as per
the latest buzz in Filmnagar, the Telugu version is expected to go on
floors in early 2013.
Srivas, who had earlier directed Lakshyam, might direct this remake and Mohan Babu might produce the film himself. In the past, Mohan Babu had acted in Game, which was a remake of Taxi No 9211. This is the first time that Mohan Babu and Sunil are teaming up to play the lead roles in an action comedy. More details about the cast and crew are going to be announced soon.
