Santhanam, who had romanced Bollywood babe Vishaka Singh in this
year’s hit movie Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya, will be pairing up with yet
another B-Town girl in his next flick.
Well, glamorous actress Geeta Basra has been approached to play female lead in his next flick, which is a remake of Telugu superhit flick Marayada Ramanna. Geeta Basra is UK born actress, who is reportedly dating cricketer Harbhajan Singh. She has acted a few Hindi movies and the actress has done a special appearance in recently released Hindi flick Zilla Ghaziabad.
However, she has featured in an ad for a jewellery directed by our own Rajiv Menon. The 28-year-old has confirmed the news to a leading daily and has said that the talks are on. Geeta Basra claims that in all probabilities she is likely to sign the project soon. If this happens, it will be her first assignment in South Indian film industry
