Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who had been tagged the Angry
Young Man of Bollywood after his portrayal of an upright cop named Vijay
Khanna in Zanjeer, recently saw the trailer of the remake and nodded
his approval.
Taking to Twitter, the Big B wrote, “Saw the first look trailer for Zanjeer remake by Apoorva Lakhia .. dynamic and pretty damn good !!” The remake of Zanjeer stars South superstar Ram Charan Teja, Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj and Mahie Gill.
A 70s blockbuster, Zanjeer made Amitabh Bachchan an overnight star in the Hindi film industry. Hope it works the same wonders for Ram Charan Teja too…
