Dhanush The highest paid singer

Dhanush is turning out be the highest paid actor-singer in South India. Dhanush has crooned for Selvaraghavan directed flick Irandam Ulagam under Harris Jayraj’s music direction.
As per reports, Dhanush has charged a whopping amount of 8 lakhs for this song. Earlier, Himesh Reshammia has approached Dhanush to croon a song for Son of Sardar. But Dhanush politely refused as he wants to be known as an actor and not a singer.
Dhanush is making his debut in Bollywood with the film Ranjhnaa under Anand L.Raj’s direction. Sonam Kapur will pair with Dhanush in this flick and music is composed by A.R.Rahman. Dhanush is also busy in Kollywood with flicks like Mariyaan under Bharath Bala’s direction and Naiyaandi under Sarkunam’s direction.
