Chiranjeevi’s ‘Golimaar’ Remix for Sai Dharam Tej
Now a days It almost became a trend of remixing Chiranjeevi’s old
number. Bangaru Kodipetta and Vana Vana Velluvaye were remixed in Ram
Charan starrer Magadheera and Racha respectively. And recently,
‘Shubhalekha Rasukunna’ was remixed for Ram Charan’s next film Naayak.
And his movie name also used by Allari Naresh as yamudiki mogudu And now
Chiranjeevi’s nephew Sai Dharam Tej seem to be going the same way.
Chiranjeevi’s super hit track ‘Golimaar’ from Donga movie is being remixed for Sai Dharam Tej’s debut movie, Rey. The song will be very soon shot on Sai Dharam Tej and Shradda das. The movie is being planned for release on March 28th release.

Khiladi 786, Talaash Enjoy Another Weekend at the Box Office
It was always a given that a film like Cigarette Ki Tarah
would struggle to even get a good release for itself. This is what
happened as major multiplexes stayed away from the film and even at
single screens it didn’t get a good release. Worse, the film wasn’t even
reviewed by most and those who did thrashed it completely. A no-show by
all means with nothing redeeming whatsoever to take home, the film has
proven to be a non-starter at the box office with practically negligible
collections.
Ditto for ‘Myoho’ that arrived unannounced and made one wonder what it was all about at the title stage itself. It got better reviews than Cigarette Ki Tarah but poor release and zero buzz meant that it too couldn’t rise to the occasion.
The Last Act, a concept film by Anurag Kashyap, hardly saw any good screenings for itself which means despite good reviews, there wasn’t much going for it. It may just hang on for a week but with no promotion whatsoever and post-release buzz missing as well, there are slim chances for it to bring in any moolah.
Meanwhile Khiladi 786 and Talaash continued to enjoy an extended run and managed to strengthen their box office standing at single screens and multiplexes respectively. Absence of any competition as well as belonging to entirely contrasting genres has helped both films as they are not eating into each others’ business.
Also, their overall verdict would now be far better than what it had seemed immediately after their release. While Khiladi 786 may just manage to touch the 75 crore mark, Talaash now has an outside chance to cross the 92 crore total of Excel’s Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. SRC : KOIMOI

Sonam Kapoor: I would like Aamir Khan to direct me
It wasn’t a dream start for Sonam Kapoor in Bollywood, with most of
her films only doing average business at the box office. The unfazed
actress, however, looks at everything in a positive way and considers it
all a part of her growth. “There are no regrets, it is all about
looking at things positively and regarding everything as a part of your
growth. I don’t think anyone should have regrets, whether it is your
personal decisions or your career choices, as you learn from them,”
Sonam told IANS in an exclusive interview.
“Being a human is about learning from your life and that’s why we have been put in this world…to gain knowledge,” she added.
Daughter of veteran actor Anil Kapoor, Sonam made her Bollywood debut with 2007 film ‘Saawariya’ and has since been part of movies like ‘Delhi 6′, ‘Aisha’, ‘I Hate Luv Storys’, ‘Thank You’, ‘Mausam’ and ‘Players’, though most of them failed to garner their expected success at the box office.
The actress is, however, undeterred and is now eagerly looking forward to her two new films, ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ and ‘Raanjhnaa’. Both the films release next year.
“I think it is better than getting no reactions. Next year is a good year; so I am looking forward to ‘Raanjhnaa’ and ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’,” she said.
Though the 25-year-old got a chance to play diverse roles in a career span of five years, Sonam feels none of them was even close to her real life personality.
“I am too complicated a character to be incorporated in a film. I don’t think anyone would be able to write such a complicated character like me,” she said.”Unfortunately I have been stereotyped as a de-glam actress. All my friends are in fashion; so they ask ‘When are you doing a glamorous film? When can we give you glamorous clothes?’ So I guess, other than ‘Aisha’ and ‘Players’, my movies didn’t have much of fashion involved,” added the actress, who is otherwise known as the fashion icon of Bollywood.
“I played very simple girls. It is completely the opposite of my image and what people perceive me to be.”She will once again be seen playing a simple Indian girl in ‘Raanjhnaa’ too.
“In ‘Raanjhnaa’, I play a Banarsi girl, who joins JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University). I think it is important to have an Indian touch, as we have been doing a lot of films influenced by the west. I like the language, story and everything of the film. I had the best time working on this film,” she said.
Sonam is also keen on getting an opportunity to work with the three Khans of Bollywood – Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.
“I would love to work with all three…maybe at the same time. Whatever comes my way is good. I would like Aamir to direct me. One of my favourite films is ‘Taare Zameen Par’,” she said.
“For me, I love him as a director. I think he has a keen eye when it comes to performances; so I would like him to give me that knowledge,” she added.

Dabangg 2 is way beyond action and comedy: Arbaaz Khan
Actor Arbaaz Khan, who has turned director with Salman Khan-starrer
‘Dabangg 2′, says the film is not just mindless action and comedy but
has an inherent story that binds all the drama. The film, which will hit
theatres on December 21, is the sequel to ‘Dabangg’ with Salman and
Sonakshi reprising their characters of Chulbul Pandey and Rajjo
respectively while Prakash Raj is the main antagonist.
You would see a lot of style coming along with the action and it would be in the kind of space that Chulbul Pandey as a character and ‘Dabangg’ as a brand stand for.”Having said that, while action is an integral part of the film, it would be not more than what is necessary. There is a story running behind all the action. You just can’t have action and more of action. None of it would scene or a sequence,” Arbaaz told.
The sequel has a sizzling item number ‘Fevicol Se’ by actress Kareena Kapoor and other numbers are also topping the charts. Music-composer duo Sajid-Wajid have been roped in this time too for the compositions.
“There are five songs in the movie and while the music of ‘Dabangg’ was outstanding, Sajid-Wajid have gone ahead and churned out something even better; I genuinely believe that. The composers have done a fabulous job,” Arbaaz said.
He is happy that the film has created quite a buzz before its release.”I had to be conscious about the fact that the brand and the character stood for their true worth in the sequel and had something good to offer as well. I wanted to put the film in a very interesting way and give entertainment along with it. I could never lose sight of the entertainment quotient sincethat’s the most important aspect here,” he said. Being a brand ambassador is a huge responsibility: Deepika Padukone
The first thing that you notice about Deepika Padukone, besides her
ravishing good looks, is the sheer spontaneity with which she answers
questions.
At a suburban Mumbai mall to launch the luxury soap Fiama Di Wills that she endorses, Padukone is in a chirpy mood.
She tells media why a brand is much more than big money for her and why having a boyfriend is not her top priority right now.
While signing on for advertising brands, is money the main and perhaps the only driving force?
A lot of people would like to believe that, but that’s not very true.
Being a brand ambassador is a huge responsibility as I am the voice of the brand and I stand for what the brand represents. That implies that the monetary value doesn’t influence me at all while choosing to be the face of a particular brand.
I feel very proud of being associated with my products because I strongly believe that they look for somebody that best reflects their brand’s personality and if they find that in me, it is an honour.
That is how I connect and identify with all the products that I endorse. Also, seeing them grow and enter innovative markets is something that gives me great satisfaction.

Kristen Stewart upset after Golden Globe snub
‘Twilight Saga’ star Kristen Stewart reportedly feels disrespected that she wasn’t nominated for a Golden Globe award.
The 22-year-old actress feels bad for not being nominated for her performance in the big screen adaptation of ‘On The Road’ and wants to win awards for her work, reported Hollywood Life.
Kristen, like any actor or actress, wants their work respected and rewarded. Not being honoured with a nomination has just lit a fire under her to be work even harder in the future,” a source said.
Stewart is still hoping to be recognised at other award ceremonies.
“All the nominations haven’t been announced for other awards shows, so she may have missed the Golden Globes, but that doesn’t mean she has missed out on everything else,” the source added.

Talent is always alive: Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri Dixit Nene looks slimmer, a few shades fairer, and has a more
flawless complexion now than she had in her heyday. Her smile, the
1000-watt one, is still the same — effervescent and warm. What is
annoying though, are the number of people who insist on hanging around
her. Excerpts from our conversation:
How do you stay so trim?
I watch what I put in my mouth. I work out regularly and practise kathak for an hour daily. It’s a great cardio exercise.
How has the second round been so far?
I don’t know why people call it the second round. I don’t think I had ever left. I did Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam (2002), Devdas (2002) and portions of Pukar (2000) after I got married. I was constantly travelling from the US to India. Later, I did Aaja Nachle (2007) and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (she first judged it in 2010).
What do you look for in a film now?
The film must have substance, my role must have meat. There has to be something that sets it apart from the routine. Gulab Gang and Dedh Ishqiya are good scripts.
We hear you are planning to produce and direct your own movies.
It is every actor’s dream to direct a movie one day. I’m looking forward to that, but it is not on the cards for the next five years. As for production, there are plans. Again, it is too early to reveal anything. We are slowly creating a base.
Was working in the movies different then?
When I was working in the 1990s, it was slightly haphazard. Today, it is so organised. When I’m on the set, everything is ready; I know the script and the look. An actor’s job is made so simple. I have to concentrate only on my performance. My mind is not running in a hundred different directions, because everything else has been taken care of. It is so wonderful.
Cinema today is exciting, isn’t it?
In the 90s, we either made commercial cinema or art cinema. There was a clear demarcation. Today, those lines are blurred. Even now, there is over-the-top commercial cinema that does well. But there is also an equal amount of cinema with the right sensibilities and that is truly interesting to watch and be a part of. As for us actresses, this is liberating, because a woman in our films is no more a caricature. She is not taking revenge or getting bullied or crying. Today, she is an astronaut, a surgeon, a mother, daughter, a business head and is so much more believable. Our cinema has evolved. Women have different characters on the screen. Roles of substance are being written especially for us.
Sridevi and you were iconic in your time. Does it become all the more difficult for actresses like you to select scripts?
When you say ‘in your time’, it destroys the relevance. We are relevant even today. Talent is always alive, it doesn’t die. Look at English Vinglish. It was a wonderful film and Sri did it after a gap of 15 years. But that hardly mattered.
How involved is your husband in your career?
Ram (Madhuri married then US-based cardiovascular surgeon Dr Sriram Nene in 1999) has made me tech-savvy. Before he joined medicine, he was involved in the software business. He is helping me with my digital platform, etc.
Has his knowledge of Hindi cinema gone beyond Madhuri Dixit movies?
Ram knows global cinema. It is true that he got introduced to Bollywood mainly after our marriage. Now, he is getting more acquainted with the other aspects of Bollywood, too.
Have your sons settled down?
The boys (nine-year-old Arin and seven-year-old Ryan) are settling down. They love their school and that is half the battle won. They like being around people, but yes, they do miss the open spaces in Denver. They miss the parks there. Mumbai is too crowded.
