Justin Bieber Angers Fans After Arriving Two Hours Late to London Concert

Fashionably late? Justin Bieber angered many of his fans after he showed up two hours late to his concert at London’s O2 Arena on Monday, March 4. The 19-year-old singer was scheduled to perform at 8:30 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m., but didn’t arrive until 10:38 p.m., a concertgoer tells Us Weekly.
When Bieber finally did arrive, many fans booed the singer. The insider tells Us that Bieber’s young fans were falling asleep before he finally arrived, and even began crying when they had to leave the show after only a few songs. Many had to attend school the next morning and catch last trains home from the show.
To compensate for his tardiness, the concertgoer tells Us that the “Boyfriend” singer had to majorly cut his set list.
“Lots of unhappy parents on a school night, but feel sorry for little kids crying because they missed half concert,” one fan tweeted. “Was good though.”
But some Beliebers didn’t mind the long wait to see the heartthrob. “Omg! The concert was crazy!” another fan tweeted. “Had to wait a while but was totally worth it as I saw Justin Bieber finally!”
Bieber had been tweeting about his excitement for the show earlier in the day. “In a good mood. Got my friends and team with me here and ready for Day 1 at the O2,” he wrote. “London get ready! BELIEVE tour.”
A rep for Justin Bieber has no comment, although a separate insider at the show counters, “This is not true. He was not supposed to go on until 9:30 and he went on just after 10. He was not two hours late. There was no booing.”

Sunil Dutt was first angry young man: Amitabh Bachchan

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who earned the tag of “Angry Young Man” after his films ‘Zanjeer’ and ‘Namak Haraam’, believes the first actor to hold the title is not him but Sunil Dutt who portrayed an angry Birju in the 1957-epic ‘Mother India’.
In the Mehboob Khan-directed ‘Mother India’, Sunil Dutt played the rebel son of a woman, played by Nargis, who works hard for survival with her two sons after her husband disappears.
“`Namak Haram` bore seeds of the anger that was next seen in `Zanjeer`, and the subsequent titling of the epithet `Angry Young Man` by the media,” Big B wrote on his Facebook page.
“But I have always believed that the first powerful depiction or in a sense the birth of the so called `Angry Young Man`, was designed by Mehboob Saheb (Mehboob Khan) in `Mother India`, where the character Birju, played so brilliantly by Sunil Dutt, was depicted,” he wrote.
While `Zanjeer` featured Amitabh as inspector Vijay Khanna, `Namak Haraam` saw him as Vikram Maharaj.

A.R.Murugadoss clashes with Bala

March 15th will surely be a tough day for A.R.Murugadoss and Bala, as their upcoming flicks will be released on that day. Vathikuchi produced by A.R.Murugadoss and Bala directed Paradesi slated to release on March 15th.
Bala’s Paradesi is based on real life incidents that took place before independence in the 1930’s and is inspired from the novel Red Tea, written by Paul Harris Daniel. Adharvaa, Vedhika and Dhansika played the main leads and G.V.Prakash composed the tunes for Paradesi.
Dhileeban, brother of A.R.Murugadoss is making his debut with this Vatikuchi and Anjali will play the female lead. Kinslin wielded the megaphone and Ghibran composed the tunes.

Siddharth’s new look in Udhayam NH4

Siddharth appears with a different look in his upcoming flick Udhayam NH4. The movie is taking shape in the hands of Manimaran, a former associate of Vetrimaran. Ashrita Shetty is making her debut with this film. Udhayam NH4 is anticipated to be April release.
Siddharth has given up his lover boy look and changes his attire with some rough and rugged style in Udhayam NH4. A single form Udhayam NH4 named “Yaroo Ivan” was released on Valentine’s Day and is already in the top position in the chartist.
Bollywood actor Kay kay Menon is playing a prominent role in this movie. G.V.Prakash composed the tunes for this film and cinematography is by Velraj. Vetrimaran and Dhayanandh Aligiri are producing this film under Meeka Entertainment and Grass Root Film Company.

Agneepath team reunites for Shuddhi

The team of 2012 remake Agneepath – actor Hrithik Roshan, producer Karan Johar and director Karan Malhotra – has reunited for a new project titled Shuddhi. It is likely to hit the screens in 2014. “Hrithik Roshan has given the nod for my film Shuddhi,” Malhotra told IANS. “It is a complete high voltage film.
It’s my kind of project, so there will be lot of action and drama in the film,” he added. The screenplay has been written by Malhotra’s wife Ekta. “We are very excited about this project,” said Malhotra. The movie will be shot in Mumbai and Uttrakhand. “The film will go on floors in November. It is slated for a 2014 release,” he said. Asked about the leading lady of the film, he said,
I have my wish list ready, but nothing is concrete right now. Once we finalise our actress, we shall make an announcement.

Karthi, Kajal begin shoot for Rajesh

Director Rajesh has begun the shoot of All In All Azhaguraja (AIAA), which stars the Naan Mahaan Alla pair of Karthi and Kajal Aggarwal. The film, like the director’s earlier films, is also a comedy and will have his lucky mascot Santhanam in a crucial role.
Says a source in the unit, “The AIAA team did not want to waste the dates of Kajal, and have begun the shoot. They are filming some scenes presently in Chennai.
Later, the team will be shooting in and around Kumbakonam, Pollachi, Gobichettipalayam, Tenkasi and Ambasamuthiram. A photoshoot and a test shoot featuring the lead cast was earlier done on March 3. We hear that music director Thaman, who is teaming up with Rajesh for the first time, has completed composing for two songs.
Meanwhile, Karthi is also shooting for Venkat Prabhu’s Biriyani, which is 60 per cent complete. “He will now be shooting for both the films simultaneously,” adds the source.

Ajay Devgn signs 400 Crore Deal

When it comes to Ajay Devgn – the new age iron man of Bollywood – people are more than willing to watch his films. And that very eagerness of viewers, when translated to money, spells a whopping 400 crores!
According to reports, a leading entertainment channel has recently signed a deal with Ajay Devgn for the exclusive satellite rights of all his films till 2017. The 400 crore deal is valid till the year 2017, and is said to include at least 10 of his upcoming Hindi releases.
Ajay Devgn is now gearing up for his upcoming ‘Himmatwala’. The film is a remake of the 1981 Jeetendra-Sridevi starrer, and has Devgn and Tamannah Bhatia essaying pivotal roles.

Tom Cruise wanted to become a Catholic priest

One of the most famous followers of the Church of Scientology, actor Tom Cruise dreamt of being a Catholic priest when he was younger though his plans were cut-short over an alcohol stealing incident.
Cruise was asked to leave the St Francis Seminary in Cincinnati after being caught stealing alcohol, reported Contactmusic. The actor’s school friend Shane Dempler said, “I tossed about six, most broke, but we managed to get a couple and hide them in the nearby woods.
“The priests didn’t even realise until some of the other boys found out about our plan and snuck into the woods and got drunk.”
They were caught staggering down the road to the seminary and forced to confess. The school wrote a letter to our parents saying they liked us both, but would prefer if we didn’t return. So we weren’t kicked out, just preferred not to go,” he added.
Dempler, who studied alongside the 50-year-old star between 1976 and 1977, said he and his pal were interested in priesthood but were too young to have made a serious decision about their careers.
He had a very strong Catholic faith. We went to Mass, spent time in the chapel and enjoyed hearing stories from the priests. We thought the priests had a great lifestyle and we were really interested in priesthood.”

Balakrishna’s new movie to start

It has been quite a while since Nandamuri Natasimham Balakrishna has started a new film. But now it is heard that he is all set to commence his new movie in the month of May.
This has been titled as Ruler and it would be directed by Boyapati Srinu. Sources say this is a pure political drama and it would be prepared in such a way that it releases during elections in 2014.

Rockstar actress Nargis Fakhri may have gone slow on the B-Town front after her debut in 2011 but on the endorsements scene, she has been raking in the moolah.
With five brands in her kitty, the half Czech-half Pakistani actress continues her foray in the endorsement world. The latest is that a beauty brand has now brought Nargis on board for a whopper. The amount that sources state is Rs 4 crore, which seems to be pretty steep for a one-film old actress.
Says a source, `It is a big amount no doubt and may come as a surprise but Nargis is fast becoming a popular beauty face in the brand world.
The beauty company is said to be revamping and aggressively marketing and approached Nargis to endorse their line especially for young girls. The campaign and commercials are touted to be the best she’s done yet.`

Veteran actress Rajasulochana(77) died today.
Pilliarchetty Bhakthavatsalam Naidu Rajeevalochana, better known as Rajasulochana  is a South Indian classical dancer and film actress. She has acted in hundreds of films in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi language films.
She was born on August 15, 1935 in Bezawada (now Vijayawada), in the Andhra Pradesh. Her father Bhakthavatsalam Naidu worked in Indian Railways and was transferred to Madras on promotion.
She has learned Indian classical dance from Lalithamma, K. N. Dhandayuthapani Pillai, Acharyulu and Vempati Chinna Satyam, Krishnakumar, Vishnu Vysarkar, and Kalamandalam Madhavan.
The Kannada stage and screen maestro H. L. N. Simha have gave acting opportunity in “Gunasagari” (Kannada, 1953), produced by Gubbi Veeranna. Subsequently she has acted in about 274 films in all South Indian languages. She has acted with all the leading stars of South Indian cinema such as M. G. Ramachandran, Sivaji Ganesan, N. T. Rama Rao, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Rajkumar, S. S. Rajendran, A. P. Nagarajan and M. N. Nambiar.
She married Actor Director C. S. Rao and had twin daughters.
She has founded dance school “Pushpanjali Nritya Kala Kendram” in 1961 in Chennai. It has trained many students in Indian classical dance forms and celebrated Silver Jubilee in 1986. She gave many dance performances in India and abroad and got critical acclaim for the dance dramas.

BlueSky Cinemas, one of the leading players in overseas market for South Indian movies is brining another real incidents based Gundello Godari to the overseas market which is slotted March 8th release.

Sajid Khan as a director is on a roll at the moment! The comedian-turned-director, whose fourth movie Himmatwala has not even released yet, has gone ahead and announced a fifth one today!
Sajid, who prides himself on understanding the audience’s pulse and tastes, is planning to direct a film with a rather unusual, yet fresh casting. The movie which will be produced by Vashu Bhagnani will star Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ritesh Deshmukh in lead roles.
Well, we had thought Sajid would have chosen to play it safe and cast either Salman Khan or Shahrukh Khan this time given that his sister Farah Khan shares a great rapport with Shahrukh, and Sajid himself is said to be good friends with Salman. Yet he has decided to go with Saif instead. And while there are also reports that the 3G babe Sonal Chauhan may star alongside Riteish, there is no conformation on it yet.
Incidentally, Sajid was supposed to be working with Saif on the Judwaa sequel that was to be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. And now, with no news of that on the cards, it seems this will be the film in which Sajid and Saif will be working together for the first time.

Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu New Film Starts From May15th

Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu are teaming up for a new project and we broke that exclusive news sometime ago. We have now learnt that the film’s shoot will start officially from mid May, most probably from May 15th. The pre-production work is in full swing right now.
The movie is expected to be a powerful political drama and Balakrishna will be seen in a grand and new avatar. He is working on making himself fitter and leaner for the role. The film has been tentatively titled ‘Ruler’ and it will get ready for release in time for the general elections in 2014.
Balakrishna and Boyapati teamed up for the very successful ‘Simha’ a few years ago.

Ranbir Kapoor to be sutradhar for Bombay Talkies

Ranbir Kapoor’s schedule is packed this year and yet the actor has managed to make time for one more film. Ranbir is currently shooting for his next, Abhinav Kashyap’s Besharam, but the news is that he is the surprise addition to the cast of Bombay Talkies, a film that celebrates 100 years of Indian cinema. It comprises four different short films, each of which has been directed by Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar. This is the first time that the four prolific directors have come together for a movie.
A source close to the film reveals, “Ranbir is all set to join the cast of Bombay Talkies, which releases on May 1. He is the sutradhar (narrator); his character will tie the four short films into one movie. Bringing him on board was a last-minute decision by the makers, but they believe having him will only add to the charm of the film, which already boasts of quite a few talented actors and directors.”
Talks are still on about how Ranbir’s character will be showcased in the film. “They are yet to decide how his role will be integrated and who will shoot his part. The makers are working on a couple of innovative ideas,” says the source, adding that Ranbir will begin work on Bombay Talkies by the end of this month. They will have to wrap up soon as it needs to release in May.”
When contacted, a spokesperson from the film refused to divulge any information, saying, “We are still discussing the details of the movie with Ranbir. It’s very early to comment on the same.”

The picture shows Sunny in a full-on desi avatar, with the right accessories to go with her dress – all aimed at getting the oohs and aahs out of sleazy men.
Actors John Abraham and Tusshar Kapoor are in their character’s get-up, too, at the song’s shoot. We heard Tusshy is gonna dance like his daddy Jeetendra, the Jumping Jack of yesteryears, but we’re not sure if it’s for the same song. Let’s see if he is able to match steps with his father! Tusshar tried it earlier in Hum Tum Shabana (2011), but it went unnoticed, much like the film.

But for the Shootout… item number, it’s busty Sunny that the audience is surely looking forward to, since most men were not really satisfied with her pheeka acting debut in Jism 2. Young Tiger Jr NTR’s upcoming film Baadshah in the direction of Srinu Vaitla will have its audio launch on March 10 on Maha Sivaratri on a grand scale with many Tollywood bigwigs gracing the event. Baadshah audio rights were now bagged by Aditya Music Company for a fancy price says sources.
A Star hero is expected to grace the event besides the Baadshah cast and crew, and producer Ganesh Babu is keeping it as a surprise to the audiences. The audio launch event will be held at Ramanaidu Studios, Nanakramguda in Hyderabad.
Kajal Agarwal is the heroine in Baadshah while Navdeep is playing a crucial role. The post-production activities are under brisk progress and Suhasini Maniratnam, who will be seen as NTR’s mother in Baadshah has wrapped up hr dubbing works. Baadshah is slated for a release on April 5.
