‘Nothing can stop Rajinikanth from entering politics’: K.S. Ravikumar

Director K.S. Ravikumar has a strong association with Superstar Rajinikanth. Besides directing some of his most memorable hits such as Muthu and Padayappa, K.S. Ravikumar is also known to be one of Rajini’s close friends as he’s known to be talking to him nearly twice or thrice a week. At the moment the director is still mulling the possibility of reviving Rana which was shelved due to the Superstar’s ill health.
On the subject of Rajini entering politics, Ravikumar reveals that Rajini never brings it up during their conversations but the director feels that it’s only circumstances and conditions that drive a person into politics. If those conditions and circumstances come forward to Rajini, nothing can stop him from entering politics, Ravikumar said. But as of now the developments can only be determined by a higher power he confesses.
