It is known to our readers that the makers of Jabardasth have almost
freemade Bollywood super hit movie, Band Baaja Baarat with out any
permissions. And now, Yashraj films have started legal proceedings on
Bellamkonda Suresh, the producer of Jabardasth.
They have issued a paper ad regarding the same today. They even went on to include, Linguswamy of Tirupati Brothers Pvt Ltd., who own the Tamil dubbing rights of the movie.With this case, Bellamkonda will go in to further complications as the case will restrict the satellite rights and DVD rights from getting sold.
