The team of 2012 remake Agneepath – actor Hrithik Roshan, producer
Karan Johar and director Karan Malhotra – has reunited for a new project
titled Shuddhi. It is likely to hit the screens in 2014. “Hrithik
Roshan has given the nod for my film Shuddhi,” Malhotra told IANS. “It
is a complete high voltage film.
It’s my kind of project, so there will be lot of action and drama in the film,” he added. The screenplay has been written by Malhotra’s wife Ekta. “We are very excited about this project,” said Malhotra. The movie will be shot in Mumbai and Uttrakhand. “The film will go on floors in November. It is slated for a 2014 release,” he said. Asked about the leading lady of the film, he said,
I have my wish list ready, but nothing is concrete right now. Once we finalise our actress, we shall make an announcement.
