Sajid Khan as a director is on a roll at the moment! The
comedian-turned-director, whose fourth movie Himmatwala has not even
released yet, has gone ahead and announced a fifth one today!
Sajid, who prides himself on understanding the audience’s pulse and tastes, is planning to direct a film with a rather unusual, yet fresh casting. The movie which will be produced by Vashu Bhagnani will star Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ritesh Deshmukh in lead roles.
Well, we had thought Sajid would have chosen to play it safe and cast either Salman Khan or Shahrukh Khan this time given that his sister Farah Khan shares a great rapport with Shahrukh, and Sajid himself is said to be good friends with Salman. Yet he has decided to go with Saif instead. And while there are also reports that the 3G babe Sonal Chauhan may star alongside Riteish, there is no conformation on it yet.
Incidentally, Sajid was supposed to be working with Saif on the Judwaa sequel that was to be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. And now, with no news of that on the cards, it seems this will be the film in which Sajid and Saif will be working together for the first time.
